← Zurück zur StartseiteBack to homepageDiese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (nachfolgend „AGB") gelten für alle Buchungsanfragen und Mietverhältnisse über die Ferienwohnung Kalkar am Moor, Cicerostraße 17, 53902 Bad Münstereifel (nachfolgend „Vermieter"), unabhängig davon, ob die Anfrage über das Kontaktformular dieser Website, per E-Mail, Telefon oder über eine externe Buchungsplattform erfolgt.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all booking enquiries and rental agreements relating to the Kalkar am Moor holiday apartment, Cicerostraße 17, 53902 Bad Münstereifel (hereinafter "Landlord"), regardless of whether the enquiry is made via this website's contact form, by email, by phone, or through an external booking platform.
Mit dem Absenden einer Buchungsanfrage über das Formular auf dieser Website bestätigt der Gast, diese AGB gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert zu haben. Ein verbindlicher Mietvertrag kommt erst durch die ausdrückliche Bestätigung der Buchung durch den Vermieter (per E-Mail, Telefon oder Textnachricht) zustande.
By submitting a booking enquiry via the form on this website, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these T&C. A binding rental agreement is only concluded upon explicit confirmation of the booking by the Landlord (by email, phone or text message).
Mit der Bestätigung der Buchungsanfrage durch den Vermieter gelten die wichtigsten Hinweise dieser AGB – insbesondere die Regelungen zu Haftung, Beschädigung, Schlüsselverlust, Hausordnung, Check-in/Check-out sowie Zahlung – als vom Gast anerkannt und akzeptiert.
Upon confirmation of the booking enquiry by the Landlord, the key provisions of these T&C — in particular the rules on liability, damage, key loss, house rules, check-in/check-out and payment — are deemed acknowledged and accepted by the guest.
Die Ferienwohnung wird zur vorübergehenden Nutzung zu touristischen Zwecken vermietet. Sie ist für maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt, auf Anfrage für bis zu 4 Personen. Eine Überschreitung der vereinbarten Personenzahl ohne vorherige Zustimmung des Vermieters ist nicht gestattet und berechtigt den Vermieter zur außerordentlichen Beendigung des Aufenthalts.
The holiday apartment is rented for temporary use for tourist purposes. It is designed for a maximum of 3 persons, or up to 4 persons upon request. Exceeding the agreed number of persons without the Landlord's prior consent is not permitted and entitles the Landlord to terminate the stay with immediate effect.
Der Mietpreis richtet sich nach den auf der Website bzw. der jeweiligen Buchungsbestätigung angegebenen Preisen (inkl. Endreinigung). Die Zahlungsmodalitäten (z. B. Anzahlung, Restzahlung, Barzahlung vor Ort) werden im Rahmen der individuellen Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt.
The rental price is based on the prices stated on the website or in the respective booking confirmation (including the cleaning fee). Payment terms (e.g. deposit, balance payment, cash on arrival) will be communicated as part of the individual booking confirmation.
Eine Stornierung durch den Gast ist bis 14 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei möglich. Bei späteren Stornierungen oder Nichtanreise (No-Show) kann der Vermieter eine angemessene Entschädigung verlangen, sofern die Wohnung nicht anderweitig vermietet werden kann. Der Vermieter behält sich vor, im begründeten Einzelfall abweichende Regelungen zu treffen und diese in der Buchungsbestätigung mitzuteilen.
Cancellation by the guest is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the case of later cancellations or no-shows, the Landlord may claim reasonable compensation, provided the apartment cannot be rented out otherwise. The Landlord reserves the right to make deviating arrangements in justified individual cases and to communicate these in the booking confirmation.
Der Check-in erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox und ist grundsätzlich rund um die Uhr möglich, sofern keine abweichende Vereinbarung getroffen wurde. Der Check-out hat bis spätestens 11:00 Uhr zu erfolgen. Abweichende Zeiten sind vorab mit dem Vermieter abzustimmen.
Check-in is via a key box and is generally possible around the clock, unless otherwise agreed. Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM at the latest. Deviating times must be arranged with the Landlord in advance.
Es gilt die auf der Website veröffentlichte Hausordnung, insbesondere das Rauchverbot im gesamten Gebäude, das Verbot der Mitnahme von Haustieren sowie die Einhaltung der Nachtruhe von 22:00 bis 08:00 Uhr. Der Gast verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung pfleglich zu behandeln und in ordentlichem, besenreinem Zustand zu hinterlassen.
The house rules published on the website apply, in particular the smoking ban throughout the building, the prohibition on bringing pets, and compliance with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The guest agrees to treat the apartment with care and to leave it in a tidy, swept-clean condition.
Der Gast haftet für Schäden an der Mietsache sowie am Inventar, die während seines Aufenthalts durch ihn, mitreisende Personen oder von ihm empfangene Besucher schuldhaft (vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig) verursacht werden. Dies umfasst insbesondere mutwillige Beschädigungen, unsachgemäße Nutzung von Einrichtung, Geräten und Möbeln sowie Schäden, die über die übliche, vertragsgemäße Abnutzung hinausgehen.
The guest is liable for damage to the rental property and its contents that is culpably (intentionally or negligently) caused during their stay by themselves, accompanying persons, or visitors they receive. This includes in particular wilful damage, improper use of fixtures, appliances and furniture, as well as damage exceeding normal, contractual wear and tear.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Bei mutwilliger oder grob fahrlässiger Beschädigung der Wohnung, des Inventars oder der Außenanlagen ist der Gast zum vollständigen Ersatz des entstandenen Schadens verpflichtet. Der Vermieter ist berechtigt, entsprechende Reparatur- bzw. Ersatzkosten in Rechnung zu stellen.
Important note: In the event of wilful or grossly negligent damage to the apartment, its contents or the outdoor areas, the guest is obliged to fully compensate for the damage incurred. The Landlord is entitled to invoice the corresponding repair or replacement costs.
Der Gast wird gebeten, festgestellte Schäden unverzüglich dem Vermieter zu melden.
The guest is asked to report any damage discovered to the Landlord without delay.
Der Gast erhält für die Dauer seines Aufenthalts einen oder mehrere Schlüssel bzw. Zugangscodes zur Ferienwohnung. Der sorgfältige Umgang mit dem Schlüssel obliegt dem Gast.
The guest is provided with one or more keys or access codes to the holiday apartment for the duration of their stay. The guest is responsible for handling the key with care.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Bei Verlust des Schlüssels haftet der Gast für sämtliche daraus entstehenden Kosten. Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann bei Verlust eines Schlüssels der vollständige Austausch der betroffenen Schließanlage (einschließlich aller Zylinder und sämtlicher zugehöriger Schlüssel) erforderlich werden. Die hierfür anfallenden Kosten trägt in vollem Umfang der Gast, der den Verlust verursacht hat.
Important note: In the event of loss of the key, the guest is liable for all resulting costs. For security reasons, the loss of a key may require the complete replacement of the affected lock system (including all cylinders and all associated keys). The costs incurred for this are borne in full by the guest who caused the loss.
Der Vermieter wird dem Gast die tatsächlich entstandenen Kosten (z. B. Material- und Montagekosten des Schließanlagenaustauschs) auf Nachweis in Rechnung stellen.
The Landlord will invoice the guest for the actual costs incurred (e.g. material and installation costs for replacing the lock system), supported by evidence.
Der Vermieter haftet nicht für Schäden an mitgebrachten Gegenständen des Gastes, es sei denn, diese wurden vom Vermieter vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursacht. Für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit sowie bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit haftet der Vermieter unbeschränkt nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
The Landlord is not liable for damage to items brought by the guest, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the Landlord. The Landlord is liable without limitation under statutory provisions for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt. Verantwortlich im Sinne dieser AGB ist die im Impressum genannte Person.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The party responsible under these T&C is the person named in the legal notice.
